As far as I know you are not able to file any documents, you are only allowed to file a cover letter! it is clerly showen in the policy guidance.

I believe you forgot passport sized photo of your wife. but generally it looks OK!

I've got the same worry as author has, regarding amount that should be deposited in the bank account. As I understood from guidance qouted by author, main applicant shall have maintanence enough for whole family, even if dependants will apply separetely.
