I applied in August 2005. in ireland since 1999. Full time well paid job.. since. always on higher tax rate.
Just got my approval Last week. In May 2010 nearly 4 yrs ! The only thing , I never follow up my application until Dec 2008. !!

I got a letter from INIS, they have send me a birth certificate affedavit form, how should i copmlete ? it also need to be sign by soliciter. they also ask me why I cannot get the birth certificate. any one esle have filled this type of certificate

INIS told me that they have send my appllication to the minister in 1st week of January, Does any body have reiceved letter from INIS after the approval of minister in last 1/2 weeks, I mean the good news ?

any one knows how long it takes to get clearance from Minister and then what is the waiting time for getting court date .
