hi all!! my wife submitted psw( dependent) visa yesterday from pakistan. they told it takes 15 working days... i have attached all documents they asked for. my bank statement are £4500 since last 3months ... but the only thing worries me is that m working part-time.. does it really matter?? plz ad...

is it possible for a PSW dependent to get student visa while staying in UK as dependent , and then his original sponsor become her dependent ??

my PSW is going to finish on april 2010 and i want to make my wife a student so i can be dependent on her .

hi guy's, sorry for the delay i have been very busy with things anyway first of all let me tell u i applied from mirpur vac and it took about 18 working days to get my passport back with the visa issued secondly u have to have 533 pounds in ur account for 3 consecutive months and i should not drop ...

hi soody, first of all i applied from mirpur as it is the taking less time than all other vac's anyway but u have to have a passport before u can book any type of appointment because ur they passport number for the T.B certificate infact they check it there in the office and gerry's also need passp...

Under transitional agreement applicant do not need to send degree certificates because IGS leave will be used as a proof of qualification. So, your passport is used as a proof. I also have same type of problem, but mine is different in this sense that after getting my IGS on PGD base my college is remove from approved list and now after one year i have to go for PSW visa.
Can this removal of college make problem for me for transition from IGS to PSW ?
