It seems BHC is too kind for Indians.. They do not favour any specific country or nationalities. The decision is purely made based on eligibility for applicants with legitimate paper work. Sometimes when in doubt, they take time to verify and the time lines for verification differs for different co...

IMHO, you are good to go. Quoted below from policy guidelines, Payslips: These should be either formal i) payslips or on company headed paper. Where formal payslips are produced on plain paper they must be stamped and signed by the employer. Payslips which are not on headed paper or the applicant re...

My point was that they should be part of the gross in your payslips. I doubt really if the reimbursement slips will be taken into consideration. See quote from policy guidelines, 123. allowances (such as accommodation, • schooling or car allowances) that form part of an applicant’s remuneration ...

Read the policy guidelines, there is really no need to submit an accommodation proof for the Tier 1 General Migrant Visa.

However, if you do want to submit it, search this forum and you'll find one.

Give the immigration office your honest reasons. They only care if you have a valid reason for your delay.

They really cannot deny you entry unless they find that you are lying and trying to hide information. So just be calm and answer their questions truthfully and you are sure to get in.

VFS people are there only to assist in organising your application packet. They don't have any authority over what document you choose to submit or not.

You don't need to worry as long as this is part of your annual CTC and is added to your gross. IMHO generally companies add meal vouchers as part of the CTC, so you can save on tax, and these are generally part of your gross. However am unsure about the reimbursements on mobile bills, if that is not...

Administrative review works when you have submitted the right document evidence and you feel the case worker has made a wrong judgement in denying you the visa. Since in your case you have not submitted docs as specified, am afraid there ...

Should be ok, as long as you can show valid,

1. 12 month payslips
2. 12 month bank statements

AFAIK, the Tier 1 doesn't actually verify if you are a tax payer. It's just that the tax document can be used as an evidence, when you are unable to submit one of the above.

Since you mention that the W2 tax form is also generated by ADP, then it might not be of much use. However, if it is possible for you to obtain a document from "a tax authority" such as the US government, like as a tax returns document or from an authorized accountant or auditing firm, I t...

I am assuming you have submitted the PBS Dependent Application Form, along with your Tier 1 General Application Form.

See, Section 6 - Summary Sheet,

-> Marriage or Civil Partnership Certificate.

You are expected to submit your Marriage Certificate as evidence for proof of marriage.
