My eldest son is 20 and pays me £30 a week Board money.
I am applying for a spouse visa and the money situation is tight, would i be able to count this money when applying?

Yeah he mentioned me when he came here here, the officer actually spoke to me on the telephone so its should be on record he was coming to visit his girlfriend :)

We held nothing back and told them everything.

No he only showed them this the second time around because the first denied entry was because of insufficient funds so they thought he was coming here to look for work.
