about 7 day rule

hi
i think recently they changed that 7day rule.now they are allowing one month, so that means the statements should not be older than one month of the applying date.please do check in ukvisas site in your home country for up to date information.

you need to wait for sometime.actually i applied on 18th september still waiting for the result.you can contact bhc chennai by email.they are taking almost 8 weeks to complete the whole process.as far as i know,we can not contact integra people directly.

about bank statements

i got a bank statement in HSBC with all the necessary details except address on the statement.i your's is same bank then please contact in any branch and request them to give a temporary statement.they will give a print from their system.hope this helps.
