didn't you submitted the translated version when applying for her entry clearance ???? i think its a must for Entry clearance purpose but not sure for Natralisation case .... My personal view is that if they accepted your marriage for entry clearance ( previous immigration ) then they will accept it...

she will be applying via NCS so will have the exisitng passport but u are right that in case of any issue this can become a problem ... it was just that we wanted to utilise chritsmas holidays ....

Are you sure you gave an undertaking that she wont claim benefits for 5 years? If you really did, then you would be the first person with HSMP who gave such an undertaking. If you look at the definition of Public Funds, as in para 6 of the Immigration Rules, you will see that there is nothing maternity-related in that definition. If i were you ...i would have opted to go for appeal here in UK .... i will say dont leave it and just appeal against it ... i know some of my friends who got their appeals approved .... i can't see you re-applying with the same circumstances again ...that will be a waste of time for you ....unless ...

the guy said it may take 4 working days to receive the passport as they may need to do some extra checking but i got the passport witin 2 days after interview. did they told you after the interview that urs passport will be issued or did they told you some thing else like wait etc?? thanks Eskar .....
