I am not sure , but may be you can get a letter from employer stating how much you have earned for last 12months and also stating in letter that your salary was paid by cash , not via bank.

Sorry for being thick, but want to know that how do HO send the reference number out. Is it by Post or by email. I sent my application on Sunday and it was delivered today morning (no deliveries on Monday for post sent out on Sunday :x ). I checked with my bank and no amount has been taken from my ...

You get a reference number through 2nd class mail, it starts with PB.....

answer to the first question JR was brought forward on the 8th April 08, as you have approval pre Nov 06 you could use either Tier 1(HSMP) without points or Tier 1 general. and to answer cecond query, Tier 1 (HSMP) criterias are those that were in place before Nov 06.
