Visitor Visa sponser validity time

Hi All,

I am planning to invite my parents to UK in June this year on visitor visa, but my current Tier 1 visa is on for extension in Nov2011.
Will it matter , at the time of sponsering that my current tier 1 visa is valid long enough?

A single continuous absence of more than 90 days is not allowed, as per the IDI ). As this absence was "personal" rather than work-related or employer authorised, it is unlikely that a caseworker will apply discretion (if allowed to in such case) in your favour. regards Thanks a lot, I wi...

I dont think this should be a problem. But I do not have any proof for this , logically this should not be a problem.I am assuming that even if your visa expires you will not be able to complete 2years.

Re: Marital Status, Dependant visa - URGENT question, please

From what I know vaguely that you can submit proof of documents that your living together , for example joint bank account, house/rent agreement in both of your names , phone bills.

But chances of getting approval higher when you submit application for married dependent.

Re: Dependant and maintenance funds

Hi Mamady,

Its only required for you to show 1333 for last 3months for you and dependent in your account ONLY. But in case if you have funds split in two different accounts (Both yours) please get both the statements out in your application. You should be fine in getting extension.

I think yes he cannot redo your payroll Apr09 and past. Accontant explanation may hold good. But clarify with someone else , filing only dividents for application does not sound good.Because salary slips reflect how much tax your paying .

Hi, I was in similar case as yours, before my dead line for application approached I ensured that salary slips and amount credited into account is always. Simplest way out for this is to talk to your accountant and ask him to redo the payslips accordance to amount credited into your account and hope...
