Thanks for your help, however how can i show that it is not overcrowded?
The contract says I am renting a flat ((Assured Shorthold tenancy for Furnished FLAT)). Is that sufficient? Or do i need something else?

I think I should not have barged in like that. I should have made it clear that my wife is an Israeli and she will be applying from Israel while I am here. I should probably start a new topic.

Hi people My wife will be applying as my dependent (tier 1 general) I managed to have new tenancy agreement (Assured Shorthold tenancy for Furnished flat) with my landlord whereby my wife is a joint tenant (she signed the contract while she was visiting me). I already took a new tenancy agreement with my wife's name on it as a joint tenant.
Do I still need a letter from the landlord? Just in case I am missing something.

Sorry People but could you please clarify to me, if the date of the Stamp by the bank is the date of the online bank statement?
