Hello

I have a query. We (myself, my wife and my son) came here in UK on 15th March 2005 and eligible to apply for ILR under 10 Year rule. My question is can we all apply at the same time. When we came here my wife and my son came here as my dependent.

Have u recd ur passport.
I have applied on 3rd Sept (initial appl. with 2 dependants wife and child).
Got acknw on 11th Sept.
Still waiting for my passport, it is now over 7 weeks.
