Can someone please provide me with a link of BHC/Gerry's site where I can see their processing times.

Has the processing times always been around 6 months for spouse visa? Is there a reason why it's taking so long.

1. It doesn't make any difference if you apply now or after your marriage.

2. You can apply for you wife's visa on the basis of ILR.

Experts here may be able to shed some more light.

It sounds like both of you have individual visas and no one is dependent. If your visa is not linked to your wife then you can't get an ILR straight away on the basis of her ILR or Citizenship. I think the best for you will be to wait for ILR till you become eligible in 2014. Other may be able to sh...

Yes, you should contact your solicitor or insurance company to get some clarification around this.

In any case, now that you have paid the fine and it hasn't been to court, I don't think this will have any impact on your application.

I don't think you can include your work permit days in when calculating 5 years as the absence was more than 90 days. Unless you were still being paid in UK and you can get a letter from your employer.

Great. If you paid by credit card, I think you should contact your bank as well. It will be interesting to see what reply you get from UKBA

I think everyone who had been effected by IT issues should send this to UKBA after getting their Bio Metric

My Bio Metric card says that its valid until year 2022 so it's only valid for next 10 years. What happens in 2022 if I don't apply for naturalization by then or fail to get a passport?

If you changed your home address, they may have sent something to your previous address. The fact that you changed your address on your licence doesn't mean that your address in court was also updated. There is a possibility that you have been sentenced in absence. I would suggest that you do Basic ...

I had my appointment yesterday and was not asked for P60s. Only last 12 month payslips and bank statements. I would suggest that if you are asked for P60s, make sure you say that you have payslips for that period as you have lost P60s. I don't think it should be a problem as both are from the same s...
