Hi my wife was in a similar situation. She is a swiss citizen. Her natuaralization certificate had to be translated into English. Otherwise its straight forward as a normal OCI application. Hope that helps

Hi DLAM,

I do agree with ZAHID. We have taken our appointments at 0000AM of the day. I think it gets released during that time. But we got a date after 6weeks. Thats the lead time we had.

Hi,

I think you can get rid of Payslips and Paye registration document , if you claim earnings from the dividends only. But I do believe that you would need the other documents as it would prove your business of your company and the money flow to your company.

I have applied for Tier1 from VFS chennai today.the people were OK and they are insisting on residence proof in UK and educational certificates from 10th onwards(dont know why).So guys be prepared for that also.
