trust me and go for PEO, it's been 3 months since I posted my application and still no passports yet, if you apply first week in June by the time you will get your biometrics done I garantee it will be after 1st of July, and yes I am only talking about biometrics, let alone the whole process.

I think all applications are delayed, I have applied on 10/03 and Biometric done on 07/04 and still didn't hear anything back from UKBA, I believe the reason is the more than usual bank holidays in April.
