If you become Irish, your non-EU spouse will get Stamp 4 as a spouse of an Irish national. In order for your spouse to get stamp 4EUFAM you would have to be an EU national but not Irish.

On what basis do you have your stamp 4? You can apply for LTR once you have 60 months (5 years) in ireland based on your work permits, work authorisation or work visa only. If you apply before completing your 5 years (gaps between the stamps are not counted), your application will be refused. http:/...

I'd say time spent on intra-company transfer would not count for WCATT stamp. It does not count for long term residency, so probably wouldn't count towards WCATT

if you cannot get them on the helpline, you can write in to them by post to Long term residency section and they will send you an acknowledgement. and as well, you will find out what month they are processing at the moment.

if you are a visa required national you will need a re-entry visa, which is in a sticker form. You would get it following your WCATT stamp in your passport, but i think you will have to get your GNIB card first, so that GNIB can register the stamp on their system. so if you apply for re-entry visa, ...

you would have to apply to general immigration for permission to remain under defacto relationship with Irish. You would need to prove that relationship and your Irish partner will have to show that he is able to support you. I believe 2-3 years of the relationship are required. If successful, you w...

Hi, GNIB is open from 8am till late, Friday till 4pm. But they may stop giving out the tickets earlier depending on the volumes of people. I would suggest to go in for 8am and you may be finished within an hour or 2. If your husband need a re-entry visa to ireland he can try and get that sorted at t...

In theory the renewal of LTR would be just going to your local immigration officer after 5 years and getting another 5 years. similar to old IBC. no questions asked. By the way, your LTR gives you 5 years from the date of the letter. so lets say if you wait 1 year and only then go to get stamped up,...

Hi,
I may be wrong, but I think that Irish Association is only for people whose parents and grandparents were / are irish, and not because you have an irish born or irish citizen child.

I believe the gaps in your permission are not counted for LTR and WCATT. So make sure that you are really only short 3 months and not more. From the looks of it, your naturalisation application can take a while. It will still have to go for decision to the minister and then the oath and actual cert....

If your child has an Irish passport, no further proof is needed in relation to his Irish nationality. No other documents are needed. If a child was born in Ireland before 01/01/2005, his birth cert is enough in determining or proving his Irish nationality. Naturalisation section does not issue any l...

consider your self lucky, You need not pay 150 euros (GNIB registration) + 100 euros multiple entry visa for every two years . 500 euros saving for you!!! You can get a multiple re-entry visa for the duration of your permission. If you have stamp 4 for 5 years, you can get re-entry visa for 5 years.
