As your mother is a visa required national, she will need a visa to enter Ireland. So the first step would be contacting the visa section at DOJ. If your mother gets D reside type visa as your dependent, she will be able to reside with you in Ireland. If she gets only C visit visa, she will be allow...

I think that you have to show them that you can support yourself and your family. the fact that you qualify for medical card and anything else would not go in your favour. but that would just be my opinion. it will depend on the opinion of the minister in this case. and in the tough times like this....

You can send your PCC in advance and again provide your address. You should get an acknowledgement from them. You can also send them copies of any new stamps and new work permits that you received since you applied.

If C visit visa was issued for a shorter time, there is a chance to extend it at your local immigration officer to get the full 90 days since arrival into the sta...

She could come and live with you as a national of New Zealand. She would not be a visa required national and could stay here providing that she can be self sufficient. Meaning that she will get stamp 3, will have to provide her own medical insurance and will not have any access to public funds. She ...

Laralahoud, If you are separated with your EU spouse and he is not in Ireland living with you for a while now, I don't think that you can qualify under EU Treaty Rights. Your EU spouse should be here in order for you to be successful under EU treaty rights. I think you would also have to present you...
