Re: eu1 on EU child Ireland??

I think if your wife were to apply based on your minor child it would be a chen application under EUTR. however, even if she is successful, she would qualify for stamp 3 only than does not allow her to work in the state, so it wouldn't be of any use to her. the best solution would be for her to appl...

Re: Stamp 4eufam

when you both come to Ireland, you have to submit an application for a residence card
http://www.inis.gov.ie/en/INIS/Pages/EU ... y%20Rights
based on the fact that your EU citizen spouse is exercising their EUTR in Ireland.
Within 6 months you will receive your decision

Re: Without Condition Endorsement and re-entry visa

Hi, You can apply for a re-entry visa based on Stamp 6 without condition stamp, but it is not free of charge, even if your spouse is irish national for example. while travelling you can show your irish passport to the airport staff instead of you national one and there wouldn't be a problem travelli...

Re: Re-Entering Country without GNIB (I have other docs)

You will not have any problems at the airport if you still have a valid permission in your passport, your naturalization approval letter and lets say a copy of your GNIB card

Re: Stamp 4 EUFAM

Hi, I am not sure whether immigration officer will be able to extend your permission prior to your ceremony. EUTR will not give your permission without an application. It will probably be up to your luck. You leave yourself a very short time to between the ceremony and your trip. Once you submit you...

Re: Non-EEU family permit

First your husband has to be in Ireland in order to apply for EU Treaty Rights. He can come either with C visit visa or D spouse of EU citizen visa. Once he is here, then he can apply for a residence card based on your employment in Ireland. There is no age limit in relation to the applicant or the ...

Re: How long EU form 5 decision take ?

you don't need each bill and bank statement for the 5 years. just one per year per address for each of you (applicant and EU citizen) P21s in the applicant's name are ok provided that they have the spouses information. However, P60s for the EU citizen would be better. Don't forget you have to provid...

you can go to the local immigration office and ask for extension of your permission, up to 3 months from the date of your entry, in order for you to have enough time to submit the application for EUTR. Take your spouse with you, both passports and marriage certificate. You can submit EUTR applicatio...

Re: join family visa for step daughter

Immigration officer cannot give you Stamp 4EUFAM without the letter from the EU treaty rights section. You can apply for EU Treaty Rights for yourself and your daughter (when she is in Ireland). you will have to show evidence that your irish spouse was exercising his EUTR in the UK and to show his c...

Re: Visa for girlfiend / fiancee

Ideally in your case you should stay in the UK until she gets granted Residence Card under EU treaty Rights in the UK, based on you, the irish citizen, exercising your EU Treaty rights there. Once she is granted, you can both move back to Ireland, and she could apply for EUTR in ireand based on you,...

Hi, If you bring your wife illegally into the country, it will take time to get her sorted: http://www.inis.gov.ie/en/INIS/Pages/WP07000024 You will still be required to be able to support her, and she will not be entitled to be added onto your social welfare claim without permission to remain from ...

Re: Naturalisation for wife , visa expiring next month.

I would advise you to contact citizenship section by email and ask as to when are they planning the next ceremony. If it's soon enough, that's fine, but if the next ceremony is in lets say 2-3 months time, then it would be better for your wife to renew her current permission before submitting her GN...

due to the fact that at the time of the decision he will be over 21 years of age, he will have to submit evidence of dependence on the EU citizen in addition to all the other docs.

Re: changing status to zambrano

For citizenship, you need 5 years of residence before applying.
The only exception is if your spouse is an irish citizen. the fact that your children are irish does not allow you to apply before completing 5 years of residence.

Re: changing status to zambrano

Zambrano applications are processed by repatriation section. they do not deal with emails, so you may have to submit your application in writing to them... and if you have an ongoing application for EUTR, chances are that all the correspondence will be sent to EUTR even if you address it for zambran...

Re: Retention of Residence Card please advice

you cannot apply for retention until you are divorced.
however, you can apply for EU1 if your wife is currently exercising her EUTR (working, studying, etc)
if you are not living with your wife andshe hasn't been exercising her EUTR for the last 5 years, chances are you wont get EU3.

Re: Visa runs out in less than 7 days.

My advise would be to submit your application with all the documents that you currently have NOW and post any additional documents as soon as you get them. Chances are that the section will respond to your application after 4-5 weeks. Hopefully till that time all the remaining documents would be sub...
