My 2P advice For all WP holders Immigration Wealfare is best option. WP holder case is different than Tier 2 and Tier 1. Lets see if they file the case next week, than all WP holders should support them (Moral + Money). I think that at this stage its not best option for WP holders to divert their at...

Sky_High, I remember you . Thanks mate I feel like a celebrate. I think a lot of people you have mentioned now do not need to join them. However I am more than happy to donate some money to them. I strongly recommend that any one affected by 4 to 5 year and has not got citizenship yet, its worth to...

Re: ILR

Hello Sky_high and Pierrot95, I am so confused. I would think HSMP is HSMP pre-Tier1 because i know the UKBIA specifically mention HSMP JR if they had to point just to them. Could you please shed some more light on this? The site just says the following : " The government will continue to meet...

Their is fundamental difference between pre and post Nov-06 HSMP holders. I would say that post HSMP was much more trial version of Tier 1. Their is also a good news for WP holders. A friend of mine is member of WP Wealfare LTD and he told me that there are huge chances that they will file the JR ne...

Yes.

Do not forget that this is the basic law and if you read it carefully you will find that it gives full flexibilty to any party to implement any change at latter stage.

Some clients will feel angry. A lot of them will not borther to reply. I think that the best option for HO is to phone them.

If 2 or 3 clients say yes than I am sure that HO will be fine.

Did you not submit business bank statements showing money comming into your account? Sorry to hear that HO is delaying your application. I think that now they have realised that a lot of people are misusing self employment route to get visas and they are checking self employment cases in much more d...

If your contract says that you have to work on different site as and when employer requires and you do not do this, than you are breaching the contract. I think that they are thinking to dismiss you. You may need to consultant a solocitor who is expret in Employment Laws. If you cant than ccitizen a...

The people who entered UK on WP had a legitimate expectation to complete their journey to ILR in 5 years. Read : 134 Indefinite leave to remain for a work permit holder http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/policyandlaw/immigrationlaw/immigrationrules/part5/ Read : 245E. Requirements for indefinite lea...

Re: Hi

HI iam in the same Boat as you.I will be eligible for my ILR on 23rd July 2011. So if they change the rules on 6th of July i will not be eligible.Hopefully Toris will win the lection and scrap this rule. You can expect worse laws from Tories. No - if wp holders challenge 4 - 5 year changes and also challenge that their right to apply ILR should be accepted like HSMP holders than they have ray of hope. You can not sit and do nothing. I am sure that july-11 laws applying to those, who are already in the system, can be challenged. high cour...

Bani, thanks for your clarifications regarding WP JR. Unfortunately, you cannot re-do this case. Most of the people affected by the 4-to-5 rule change now have ILR or citizenship or left the country. Then what would the second attempt by Immigrant Welfare mean? Nobody commented here on this activit...

I think that the biggest mistake which WP holders has done is that they have not challenged the 4 to 5 year change seriously. The last JR was rejected because at the time of hearing no applicant was affected with the rule. I still believe that this case can be won like HSMP plus every one on WP can ...

Thanks for reply

Am I right to assume that you was trading for at least one year when you applied ILR. But in the above case. business will be at very initial stage and there will not be enough trading. Dividends , Year end audited accounts, tax documents are not possibilities.

If some one is on Tier 1 and has spent 4 years 7 months as Employee and now wants to start his own business. What evidences he should collect in next 4 months to apply for ILR? He has all evidences to show his employment e.g. P60s, Salary Slips, Bank statements etc but what documents he should have ...

If Labour wins than we know their plans etc

If Tory wins we do not know their plans. It better to fight a devil you know.

Cap on number of Tier 1 and Tier 2 not possible but cap on citizenship is possible. Read migration watch report.

You only need to show that you are economically active - even if you do basic jobs etc. You are not required to earn specific amount to get points for earnings. You will get special treatment while applying ILR/Citizenship. Thanks to HSMP Forum. One very very very important thing is to keep all lett...
