We could hope that Tory will wait until July-11. However if Labour wins than 200% they will wait until July-11. Use you vote wisely.

The only thing we could predict is that new point system for BC will be very very tough who ever wins the next election.

And the answer is

When time period for ILR was changed from 4 to 5 years it was applied to every one.

They could give some relief to HSMP holders (Because of JR) but WP holders and current Tier 1 holders should not expect it. And now they have covered their legal grounds as well.

Thanks for all members who replied. I have the following more queries. 1) My Visa stamped in March 2010 for three years and plan to leave UK in end June, How it will effect my FLR and ILR? You have to get FLR twice before applying ILR. 2) If I plan to travel alone after how much time my family can ...

Hi Everyone Does test centres have set times when they start the test or you can go and sit in the test at any time on your appointment day? Congratulations 1- Fly ASAP. Although rules are changing from July-11 but as per current rules if you do not enter within 28 day than you need to extend your visa 3 times. You must complete 5 years to apply ILR and time starts when you first enter the country. 2-Depends upon your situation. I would ...

I ll be the first who joins if you launch the case.

Its a nice and noble cause but why did you take almost one year?

When you are going to launch?

Do you not think that its a little bit late. Last affected person will get ILR on April-2011 and will get citizenship on April-2012.

You can always ask your empoloyer for P60. If they do not provide than attach your salary slips for whole time period.
(Its employer's legal responsibility to provide you P60 at the end of tax year) :D

Moral of the story: Do not come to UK. UK does not want more. (UK wants cheap labour, young blood , your youth, experience and student fee to keep uni running but do not want more people).
