Oh Dear

U do not need to worry. If you do not live in London than you must have a car. Thats what I see. Just try to be careful. Do not drive without MOT and insurance. Do not drive above the speed limit. No drink driving etc . You will be fine.

Yeh I think that its really worth to speak with them. To keep things simple: If they do not want your wife to be the share holder of your company than include her as Director. However if they want her shareholder than just form another company for her. This will keep things simple for you. Once you ...

Why they want her as a director? Its nothing to do with them. They will pay what ever they agreed so company/sole trader or any other arrangement will not affect them. Have they given any other info. Do they want her shareholder of the company? Remember that directors may not be shareholder of the c...

However you can not pay her any dividends. It will not affect your HSMP renewal. However it could help you e.g if you need to show more inco...

I think your accountant should expaln this in much more details. Although it depends upon proposed earning from the business but mostly LTD is best option for tax savings (Go for a combination of salary + Dividends). However in this case and in the case of sole trader, you have to prove that busines...

I hope that it will only apply to new commers. But we should also remember that they are proposing these changes for probationary citizenships. I hope that there will be fair treatment for every one already in the country.
