Like many of you I know that I qualify for retention of rights after divorce if it's been more than 3 years and I am in employment and he was excercising his Rights in the UK. I just want to know if anybody got this RETENTION ...

It depends on the country you are going to visit. I think you should contact the Embassy. In some countries if you travel with you spouse you don't need a visa if they accompany you.
