They will include a letter stating either acceptance or rejection, together with all your documents. If accepted, further information will be provided regarding how to obtain an EC. Where are you now? Assumed UK. Why can't you apply in country, what type of visa do you have? Guessing WHM and that is why you can't apply in country? It is possible to apply from a country other than your own but it is expected that you have a presence there and of course that would entail showing...

Hello,

Can you apply for a Tier 1 from any country. For example I am an Australian who needs to leave the UK to apply. Can I just got to any european county and apply?
