only thing i can suggest is.... apply on 3rd without cos pay your fees by check(5-day delay) get your cos request submitted on 6th april. if its unrestricted, i woud imagine it will be assigned very quickly..... come to think of it now, your app would be judged based on current rules( cuz of the da...

i think first they will send an e-mail to to the Authorising officer, they will upload the COS on your sms (sponsor management system) and they will send by post as well.. As hsyasin said, it is a tricky one. If you are in the UK,I'll suggest that you go to the appeal armed with the COS you have just been issued. Not sure whether you are going for the oral appeal or the written appeal, but in any case you ideally want to make sure that the arguments are along the lin...
