Is there any such Rule ? Seniors Please Reply

Is there any such rule that If you travel to UK within 28 days of Visa start date, then you need to apply for second extension after spending five years in UK.? You can apply for ILR directly.

If you travel after these many days than you will have to take another extension.

Seniors please reply.
