to share my experience

i am non-eu on a 5 years RC

only two banks who agreed to my mortgage application were HSBC or Barclays, others declined due to not having a PR , both banks requested minimum 25 % deposit to proceed.

so this means that even if they rejected my wife's PR application they will not deport her from UK ? can i apply for another 5 years residence permit in this case until we sort out the CSI ?

Hi everyone My husband has sent an eea2 application that the HO received on the 31/01/09. We received the COA two months later but obviously his passport won't be back for quite a long while.
