Re: thanks

Hi sushdmehta,

In the case being discussed above, does the Section 2 - Residence requirements of the MN1 form needs to be filled?

As I know, Section 3 and Section 4 (since the child is < 10 years) are not required.

Re: ILR Online Appointments

If they are applying with you then you will need to include them in your appointment. Separate appointments would mean they are not applying with you and will be treated as separate applications.

Though 3 out of 4 said it to be fine. UKBA needs to put more money into training their staff, more so when they are charging ...

ILR In Person appointment date - URGENT

I entered the UK on 11/11/2006.
Can I book an in person appointment for 14/10/2011.
Using the calendar 28 days before it is 14/10/2011 if we exclude 11the November.
Can anyone help please. Is 14the October OK or need to be later than this date?

Re: Tier2 & WP migrants - Technical changes to rules

Expect SET(O) form to be revised. The exact requirement (documentary evidences as proof of their income) will be known then. 3 months payslips and bankstatements are already a requirement. Just wondering what else they can ask for? There seems to be no other document to prove your income unless the...

Hi Deal99,

Though away from the point, but for the benefit of other members, it seems that the 2 year requirement for Tier1 dependants didn't apply in your case as your wife got ILR in Feb 2010 without being your dependant for 2 years in the UK. Was it because it was your HSMP was pre Nov 2006?

Indianuk, If you are of Indian nationality and applying for naturalisation after 6 years (5 years + 1 year ILR) of lawful residence in the UK then you do not need to submit any P60s or self assessment statement. That's what I have been told by UKBA on the phone. Anyone who knows more, please correct...

When can I apply for wife's naturalisation ?

My wife is on her own Tier2 and will be eligible for ILR by the end of 2011 (5 years on WP + Tier2). I’m on ILR and eligible for BC now. After my BC can I she apply for naturalisation as soon as she has got her ILR ? The caveat is that does the 3 years stay in the UK need to be as a dependant or i...

r1ych, I believe that you can apply on 27/03/2010 by post and state in your covering letter, the rule mentioned on the website regarding holding the application till 2 years are complete. This will save you money but will hold your passport may be for > six months. If money is not a problem for you ...

Re: Issue with P60 and salary - Please Help!!

Firstly, the amount doesn't matter at all. And on whether you are asked for your P60s depends on your luck as the consistency at the PEOs is appalling. 'Generally' if you have been with the same employer for the entire 5 year period then they ask for the last 3 payslips only and no P60's. That has b...

No i think any body in tier2 (old wp) would not be eligible for PR. From 1 April 2010, any person coming on Tier 2 (I...

badbug27, Although you do not need to take your dependants to the PEO for ILR but you do need to add them with your application. This implies that you need to book a family slot and not an individual slot. If you book and individual slot then you will be returned from the PEO if your application has...

Re: Can we add dependents to PEO Appt once booked for main a

Slots are divided into individual and family slots. If the main applicant has booked him/her self for an individual slot then he/she cannot add the dependants later. It has to be a family slot. Also, the system doesn't allow you to add once you have booked it as only the confirmation screen is displ...
