No Problem you will still qualify for ILTR. They will look at your 4 Year Visa and wil make concessions if you are a few months 2-3 short of 4 Years.

Hope that helps. I came 2 months after my Visa was stamped and they still gave me 4 years. So do not worry.

It is 3 years from the expiry of the original Visa.
So if your 1 year HSMP Visa Expires 1 October 2004 the
3 year Extension would make it 1st October 2007.

Thats what they did to mine anyway and I am pretty sure the same logic should apply to all.

10 Payslips + 3months Bank Statement. Yes worked in the same field of Systems Devlopment.

Finally Got the Passports with a 3 year HSMP Extension Stamped. Applied for Extension 20th July 2004 to Cannock Acknowledgment received 27th July 2004 from Sheffield Passport Mailed back with Extension 10th September 2004. 10 Payslips. Been on Permanant Full Time Employment earning 50000 per Annum.

I even sent a letter from HR confirming this.

They never camen back to me asking for any additional info either!
They should have if they wanted to. But seems like they are just sitting on it.
