The ILR period is counted from the time first visa was issued. In your case when your first Tier2 visa was issued. I had confirmed this with HO, and they asked me for the date of issue of the first visa, and told me i need to count 5 years from then. Your's would be Nov 2014. for e.g Date of issue o...

Hi I was granted a Tier 2 General Visa from 15th July 2009 - 25th May 2012. I will be applying for the Tier extension for another 2 years. Hi

I am on a Tier2 General visa. I want to apply for dependant visa for my wife from Pakistan. I want to know what type of accommodation is required. Is a double room enough or Do i need to get a flat?
