I agree moneypenny. I don't remember seeing anything on minimum no of transactions. The only thing Tier 1 guidance document state is that the cash should be maintained for minimum 3 months and readily accessible.

Again, Caseworker can read between the lines.

Thanks MoneyPenny. I too spoke to the HSBC QA team. They were going to send me the letter. As tvn_ramesh mentioned, they were very helpful compared to guys at the branches.

Is it a UK Bank/Branch that issued you a maintenance letter? If it is HSBC (UK), please could you advise the procedure as the branch I approached refused to give a letter.
