I am on WP ,going to apply soon ILR with my wife. would like to ask whether my wife need to do ESOL with citizenship OR Life in UK test to apply for ILR ?

congratulation for success of your application. i am on same board, would go to apply soon with my wife. question is , my wife didn't stay with me for two years ,she is on WP dependent visa. what you suggestion me what documents i need to show co-hob proof ?if CW ask me and insist me to show .

I think you still need to show some cohabitation documents. She is only exempt from 2 years qualifying residential period requirement. You need to show cohabitation proof if you applying for your spouse ILR But i heard this is only for tier 1 and tier 2 dependant . i am on WP holder and my wife has WP D...
