applied on 08/10/2012 and still waiting on decision, if you want to wait that long the apply by post otherwise i will suggest you to pay £300 extra and get decision on the same day,,,,, peace of mind

hi
thanks for your reply, its well a year know when it was refused. i paid a huge fee to solicitor to prepare the application. the lawyer asked me to appeal but also asked for more fees, then i thought its a waist of time and money and never appeal. what do you think can i still appeal this?

She applied under zambrano and refused with a many objections one of t them is that child is not in the state.
