You can check your eligibility with points calculater present in immi.gov.au website (official) or with the one present in this site.

Basically I am not aware of the IT situation there. I am also an aspirant to migrate to OZ.

Can anybody tell me do we really need to submit employer references? Submitting the experience letters, relieving letters are not enough? I think getting a letter from employer stating all details is a bit tough task right?

Why to take risk...
Bank statements and salary slips are the best proofs to show. Anyway, getting bank statements is not difficult, right.
Better go for them.
