I have an appointment with Birmingham PEO on 15/May. This is for my ILR.

My immigration status has been WP(2004) --> HSMP(2007) --> Tier1(currently).

Please advise whether I can travel to birmingham or try to book an appointment on a later date.

Thanks .

I will give a call to Home office and see the response.

The only thing which worries me is that they were planning to change ILR from 5 yrs to 8yrs some time soon (temporary PR etc) and worried whether it will affect me.
