Hi

Normally allowances are included in the payslip and count as earnings as you pay tax on those. In your snario, as you get allowances only, dont get payslip so dont pay taxes and ni on it. Further more you were deported from uk. I do not think it will be okay by HO, But wait for the seniors to commen...

Gross salary is the one before tax and ni deductions, but bear in mind do not include expenses which ur company re imburse you in your pay slips. You did not mention, self employment through ltd company, or sole traders.

For the sole traders you will need business accounts from accountant as well which will include p and l statements but not the balance sheet.

Normally banks send statements by post every month or every three months,
If you have received those bank statements by post as normal, and every every month or every three months statements are the same, you are good to go....

If still worried then get them stamped signed and dated.

Hi

as long as there is a valid visa, someone can come any time. But if you come within 28 days of issuance of your visa, will be betteer in future.

As per current rules, you will get ILR without more that one extention.
