Put these 2 into an envelope and attach on the main applicant form.
Make sure photos were made exactly according to the requirements of HO.

do you mean to say, they pay you unused holidays money in the form of cash instead giving you in bank. But they include this money into the payslip and deducted tax as well. If so it means, you have one evidence which is payslip but this money is not reflecting at the bank statement. I am sure they ...

Which one actually need to be counted while calculatiing the earnings? According to the guidence notes they say total gross pay before tax and ni can be calculated as earnings.
