They'll consider 3 months if you entered within 3 months of your entry clearance. Another issue is your employer. They must provide a letter stating that they still require you as an employee. 65 days short for qualifying period

Hi, I came to UK on WP on 9th March 2008, Got a Tier2 visa, which is valid till 4th Jan 2013. I will be only eligible for ILR on 9 th March2013. Is there any way to apply for ILR without renewing Tier2 visa?. My employer is not willing to renew it. Any information's welcome thanks in advance Aby :? ...

My friend is applied for PSW with CCL end of October, He is all packed and ready to go back. Still he is not heard anything from HO. How do the send the passport with refusal, recorded delivery or not? What are the chances of losing document by royal mail. Is it better to contact HO regarding this o...

Thanks for the quick reply, actual fact himself and all family were on indefinite leave (PR) when they all moved back to India. Does it make any difference?

My friend is born in Austria and lived there until he is 7years old.Then the family moved back to India. Now he is 25 , is there any way he can apply for a Austrian Citizenship based on the birth?
