Hi There, Without condition as to time process to apply and get stamp 5 is simple and pretty fast turn around times. In most cases answer/WCAT stamp on passport was given within a week, as long as you meet the criteria. Intra company transfer time might be excluded when they count 8 years. Regards T...

My Best guess as am NON-EU national and get checked for visa often..is your outgoing visa only. Check done by ryanair is not immigration check for country you are leaving. They will just check whether country you going to , your passport/visa status is valid for that.(Coz airlines get fined for land...

since the course is part time shouldnt be a problem. When in doubt do contact GNIB. But am pretty sure that part time studies can be done on both stamp 1 / stamp 4.

No you don't have to leave your job or change your visa status. I did part time masters too while on stamp 4.(Am Non EU myself)

As regards to Stamp there is No harm calling up GNIB or just drop into their office in town. Coz follow up by GNIB, that does not happen(often). And onus of keeping immigration stamps upto date is on immigrant ( as they say).

Hi Pahadia, If your GNIB/Visa is gona expire in Month's time, you can wait for it BUT get both of them done(if you want to travel) even though you have received WCT. Tough call K8, at the moment things annouced today are about work permits and green card schemes only. Best you can check with authorities (if you are worried) who issue work holiday Visa. I believe ireland has understanding with some countries..to allow their citizens working visa..same vice versa....
