Yes he did submit a profit and loss statement with his initial application which was signed by his accountant. Its like a company annual report.

Min income required for extension was £35000

No he would have been in trouble if business income fell below £21k but as now he has already received his visa on total income showed earlier ,his main worry now is about this extension .

He has already paid tax of £800 on £6000 business income.

Thanks RFD for reply. Yeah tax year is when he got his initial Tier 1 visa. But it has happened with few people that they paid less than what they should be paying but inspite they got the extension. Does UKBA process application only after biometrics recvd by them or the case worker starts the process as soon as they receive the application irrespective of them receiving our biometrics info as it takes almost a month to receive the biometrics letter .[/img]

@ manka thanx. What if my new 2 yr visa is granted from July 2012 ? By the time my new visas will be expired in 2014 and then don't I qualify for ILR as even the current gap Is taken in to consideration while calculating ILR and I wud have completed 5 yrs in th UK.

Bank stamped all the statements including my internet online account and ad hoc bank statement copies which wer on bank stationery.
