I wrote to the HO about my case being very delayed. Just received a letter saying that there are 'extended checks' going on.
Has anybody else had this one?

I do understand that us Planners and Planning engineers are a rare breed but still find it hard to believe that its not in the NOC list as an occupation even though there are a lot of opportunities in Canada for this profession.

Just rang them up and they said 'its under further consideration'. Does anybody know what is exactly meant by that? Is that a second stage when 'initial consideration' fails?
