Landing funds declaration

I understand that on landing as a Federal skilled immigrant, i need to declare that i have a minimum of Can$10,833 funds to settle in Canada. In addition to that do i also need to declare the credit cards i have owned and how much money i owe on them too?

Thanks for all the info. :D
So there is a possibility that i might be penalized with the 1 year ban on applications. How is that penalty marked? Will they stamp something on my passport? Will my destination authorities/immigration know that i have been penalized for additional days overstay?
