Re: April 2015 Naturalization application Timeline ONLY

Update: Balance dropped today 26/05/15 So most likely will get biometric invitation week beginning 1st June. I hypothesise that it would take at least one month at the earliest before approvals :) So I am not holding my breath for my approval until first week of July. Just came back from the NCS sub...

representatives with premium slots available at short notice

Hello,

Does anyone have any suggestions on which firms or representatives have premium tier 2 slots available at short notice?

I desperately need an urgent appointment. Much appreciated.

Where can I find lawyers for urgent Tier 2 application

Hi All,

I have read on various posts that lawyers have slots reserved with UKBA for same day Tier 2 visa applications. Where can I find one of these lawyers? I urgently need to lodge my application, this week if possible! PM me if there are anyone knows lawyers who have slots in February.

Thanks

Thanks Ramesh. Yes they are paid by the UK firm and they give proper payslips. So will I be able to use the multiplier for the foreign country in this case, since I was physically working abroad? Or will it be considered as UK income. PS. If I use the multiplier then I qualify without problems for T...

I actually think the new rules will be slightly stiffer. The previous earnings have changed significantly, and going through the document throughly, those already in the UK will find it much more difficult to switch into Tier 1. For example a salry level of £30,000 - 35,000 now only earns 15 points...

Posted abroad while working for UK co. Overseas earnings?

Hi All, I have a quick question. I worked outside the UK for three months when I was posted by my firm. I was still drawing the salary to a UK bank account. Can I count the earnings during the three months as overseas earnings, or are they considered as UK earnings? I am currently on a Tier 2 visa, ...

Just seen this. I think I had submitted the new forms, now I am not sure. I think if you use the wrong forms they refund the payment and return documents to you, but I am not certain. Can anyone confirm this?

I submitted my application on 15th Jan and still waiting for the letter for biometrics. I figure, biometrics are one of the last things they do, so might come towards the end of the consideration process. HO also received a lot of applications before Jan 6th, therefore they will be inevitable delays...

Hi,

The PSW cannot be renewed, it is given only for a maximum of two years and thats it.

If you switch to Tier 2 now, from a PSW visa, your employer does not have to do a resident labour market test, but the job has to pay more than £24,000 a year.

Hope that helps.

Well, after much research, if you are already on Tier 2 visa, and you are changing employment (either in same firm or a different firm) you do not need to show maintenance or qualifications, as these were proved in the first application. In tha application form, on maintenance there is a tick box th...

Change of employment while on Tier 2

Hi everyone, I need a bit of guidance from everyone here. I want to change my employment, and I am currently on a Tier 2 visa. My prospective employer has already issued a new certificate of sponsorship for me. My questions are; - Do I need to show maintenance funds to UKBA again (in my initial appl...

How long does Certificate of Sponsorship take?

Hello everyone, Just need some advice from all of you. I had applied for Tier 1 PSW visa, but was refused citing maintenance (used online statements and balance was below £800 on some occasions) my application was made on 31-10-2008 under the transitional arrangements. Anyway, I have been working f...
