I didn't have any absence throughout my stay. My passport only got entry stamp on it.

I got my ILR approved on 27th September. HSMP 2yrs+ Tier 1 3yrs My timelime is as follows: Entry Clearance: 22nd Oct 2007 Enter UK: 17th Jan 2008 Change to Tier 1 July, 2009 FLR Expires: 22nd Oct, 2012 Book Appointment 25days before visa expiration Total Continuous stay in UK is about 4yrs 8months. ...

Lodging & Travel Allowance

Dear All,

Please I need advice on this issue.

My company (construction firm) pays lodging and periodic travel allowance for me because I work on site far away from my home.

It is declared in my pay slip as non taxable allowance.

Does this allowance count toward my earning for extension?
