I think I find it in the UK Border Agency's official announcement as below: <LI>tighten new criteria against which highly skilled migrants seeking entry to the United Kingdom are judged, by raising the qualifications and salary required for tier 1 of the PBS to a Master's degree and a minimum salary...

I sent tier 1(G) application 14 0ct2008
visa stamped 20 dec 2008
doc recieved 6 jan
my application was including my spouse and a child
I was on student visa in uk
I sent degree
ielts
uk earning (part time)
