I have realised some case workers are lazy and don get bothered while others are working relly hard. ukba should monitor some of it's staff. i thought when ukba increased the fee they will improve but seems still the same That may well be true. How did you manage to get the information? What did you say after giving them your ref number, name, dob and address?
