There are success stories on this board where people used this section for thier ILR purpose.

All you need to do is to mention this section in your cover letter for your ILR and that will do the job. There are many things not published in the guidance notes.

This clause is more for Tier 2 Migrants. This is not for you, if you are on Tier 1 G. So need not to worry about it.

You don't need maintenance fund for ILR or settlement. This is an Entry Clearance or extension requirement.

I think if you have old valid visa on your passport, you should not have any problem. Plus you can carry your approval letter with you.

If that is not the case, then you MUST wait for BRP.

Yes they are closing it for every PEO. Now you have to book the appointment in the name of your client directly on the online system, and then you have to be personally present with your client at the appointment in PEO.

For extension applications there are two ways; 1. Using Public Enquiry Office 2. Postal Application Process. For using public enquiry office, you book an appointment and then appear with all your documents and they will take your biometrics there and then. So you don't need a separate appointment. O...

10 year ILR with permitted leaves

Hi,

I have a question, I have seen the answer on board. However, I failed to retrace it.

Please advise me what are the permitted out of country days for ILR based on 10 year long residency.

Thanks,

From where did you get this information that you need two blank pages next to each other?

The Vigentte or Visa can only be pasted on one page, so atleast one page needs to be empty.

Did you tried to get your self a new passport by paying urgent fees? Check for this option as well.

I suggest to apply through postal application than PEO. As you will be applying on the base of Tier 1 General, you need to prove your last year income or 12 month income. If you are sure that you can claim the points you had mentioned in your application, then the only point left to consider is prev...

As soon as you left UK for India and applied for new Tier 1 entry clearance, your ILR clock is reset.

Now you have to complete five years from the date of your latest Tier 1 visa.
