No acknowledgement after money deducted

Hi All, I applied for naturalization on the first week of November. Money was taken on 27th of November. But till today there is no communication from UKBA. No receipt, email or request for the bio metric. Has this happened to anyone? I will try contacting them if this is unusual. Thanks in advance.
