Visitors Visa overstay.

I have a question please. If your invite/sponsor someone to visit you in the UK for a month. If the visitor overstays, would the sponsor be affected in any way? I'm referring about things like whether he must pay a fine, loses the ability to invite others in the future, or faces any other penalties.

You did upload a scan of your BRP? If so no issue.
UKVCAS check your identity, they don't process the application - that's done by UKVI.
Thanks, Yes I had uploaded the copy on the UKVCAS site which now shows = submitted.

My wife didn't...

Previous Passport for Naturalisation.

Hi Guys,

I am applying naturalisation for my wife. I am a British Citizen.
Her current passport is 7 years old and still valid for another 3 years.

Does she still need to submit previous expired passport for her naturalisation application?

The proof is they have put everyone's application on hold who choose to take the opportunity to use free App. I can see hundreds and hundreds of people rushing to book an appointment to get out of this mess. They are being forced to pay hefty...

It seems like applicants between 10 April to 13 April have received the invitations today.
They are inviting applicants to date wise and not randomly.

Why I did not OPT OUT

If you have OPTED IN you will only be tortured once by UKVI but If you have OPTED OUT you will be tortured twice, first by UKVCAS and then UKVI.

I applied SET(M) on 2nd July and all I have received is a Payment confirmation. I am even thinking whether
I have submitted the application properly or not.

People before and after me have received some kind of email but I have not received even a single update from either UKVI or UKVCAS. :(
