national insurance number on my payslip and p60 i mean

yeah the nicop is the national insurace card of pakistan which my wife has, I lost my british national insurance card, but I was told as long as I have the national insurance card on my payslips and p60 it should be fine

ok the house inspector has signed it now but he sent it over e-mail so the signature is there but it looked photocopied is that a problem.
the house inspector is a chatered environment health consultant and its not done by local authority

why would you need to attach a cv this isnt a requirement for spouse visa
