UKBA don't like to give information over the phone particularly about decisions. I wouldn't necessarily read anything into it. They could post you the decision or they could also serve it on you when you next go to report. As you're from Ghana, the UKBA could 'certify' your asylum claim as clearly ...

Thanks bbbb.. I may hv broken immigration laws n overstayed n seeked employment illegally but am I not better than sum1 born here who has evry opportunity to their disposal but rather b a thief? The only crime I hv committed is work to feed my family n my self!
