Hi, If the bank statements are original and issued by the bank at regular intervals, then you need not get the bank statements on a latest date. If you are applying in the month of February 2009, it is advisable to take your earnings period starting from 1st Dec 2007 to 30th Nov 2008.

Hi,

If you have been maintaining the required maintenance funds for the your dependants as well then you can apply together.

If you have been maintaining funds only for yourself then get your visa stamped first and move to the UK, settle down and then apply for your dependants visa.

Hi,

Allowances which are not mentioned in the payslip cannot be taken into consideration for claiming points under the earnings section.

Hi,

You can arrange all the documents and carry them in an envelope, while submitting your application.

You need to submit both the current and the old passports.
